ENDING OF THE JOURNEY FOR 2015
Prayers To Pray In the New Year

Here we all are, saying goodbye to yet another year and welcoming a fresh new beginning for us all to grasp! Isn't it wonderful as Christians we can have this life of NEWNESS in having yet another chance to do and be more for God?

I know one of my goals for 2015 was to enter my 50's (turned 50 in June) healthier and I did! I am still working on it as the Lord leads. Praise report: I have gone down 3 pant sizes this year and ready to go 3 more too! My husband has lost 60 lbs, my girls are thinner too! That is physical for us.
Ministerial; we are THRILLED about being accepted as missionaries to Mozambique with One Missions Society! I shake my head in 'awe' how the Lord has led us this past year.

Since I was born, my family has 'always' prayed in the New Year together.

Please be encouraged to 'PRAY-IN' the New Year with your family, soul-mate, and or your church family. As you do, here is a litte help to steer ya into this powerful time with the Lord.

PRAY:

 *Thankful:
"Lord, we are so grateful for the past year. For Your amazing Love and strength You graciously give to Your children. Thank You for Your supply, direction, and for people in our lives as well."
Psalm 95:2 "Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!"

*Worship:
"We adore You! We worship You with all our hearts, with all we are! You deserve ALL the glory!"
Psalm 150:6 "Let everything that has breath praise the Lord! Praise the Lord!"

*Souls To Be Saved
"Jesus, there are souls who need Your salvation.  We start with one's we are close to; Lord, use us & anyone You so choose to minister the loving Gospel to them. Prick their hearts, give them a true hunger and teachable spirit to receive Your Word and Life. SEND OUT THE LABORERS into the Harvest we pray. Faithful servants to plant the seed, cultivate the soil...and Lord just grow this seed into the Heart of men."
Acts 26:18 "To open their eyes, so that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me."
*Revival
"Jesus, send revival in the land! We are parched...send the rain of Your Holy Spirit. Stir up Your children to pray, seek you...praying through and keep praying. Praying together as a unit...that the church will be HUNGRY to pray together. We ask for You to instill within the church to LIVE OUT the Word of God...to be convicted of our self serving sin...and live out sacrificially to serve You by serving others.
Lord, send us SIGNS - WONDERS & MIRACLES!"
Psalm 85:6 "Will you not revive us again, that your people may rejoice in you?"

*Healing
"Dearest Jesus, many are hurting physically. Their bodies simply 'hurt'. You know that, thus Right now; we all ask in agreement to touch and restore health to the sick --in Your Mighty Name: JESUS!  Rise one's out of the wheel chairs, sick beds, from medications, depressions and so on. Restore sight, take  every pain and sickness we ask."
Exodus 15:26  "If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you."

*Marriages
"Lord, there are many husband and wives who are crying out to You to help them with their marriages. We pray that they will 'fall-in-love' with You as a couple. Then love each other more than themselves. Bring back a servant & selfless heart of love for one another. We pray a revival in their marriages; that couples will pray together daily, share in the Word as a unit, attend church together and even serve the Lord in a ministry of sort together. We command the spirit of divorce to leave, pornography, adultery, selfishness all 'GO' in Jesus Name! Heal marriages Lord we pray."
Matthew 12:25 "Every kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and every city or household divided against itself will not stand."

*Families/Children
"Precious Lord, we love our families. We adore our children, and we are very grateful for them. Lord, families all over need You! We pray that the fathers will rise up and lead their families as the Priest of their homes. That they will be a true, Biblical example as a spiritual leader. That mothers will teach their daughters to be prayer warriors, and keepers of the home. That the young men will be taught how to love their family (as Christ love the church) and lead by providing, caring + protecting their family. Lord, we pray for the families in this world to Seek You daily and delve into Your Word together. As well as to minister to the orphan, the widows (ers), elderly, homeless, hungry, the prisoners, to their pastors, missionaries and so many others. Unify the families in this world as One in You we pray."
1 Corinthians 13:4-7  "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things."

*Soldiers
"Jesus, my family has a soldier serving you and I know I am not alone. Lord, protect our young men all over this world. We plead Your Blood over them and ask that through their service they all will come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Anoint the soldier that has You within their hearts to be bold in their faith and minister to others be it a fellow soldier or a civilian they are protecting. We pray that You send them home safely back to their families safe and well."
Psalms 23:4
"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."

*Persecuted Church
Jesus, these people are my heroes of the faith. Thank You so much for their lives, for them being 'living sacrifices' for Your glory. Strengthen emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Anoint and use them to lead even their persecutors to You. Supply for them and their families...food, shelter, clothing, health and healing. Comfort those who have lost their loved one's through persecution. Bless them abundantly!
Hebrews 13:3 "Remember those who are in prison, as if you were their fellow prisoner, and those who are mistreated, since you also are in the body [and subject to physical suffering]."

*America (& the World)
"Turn our country back to You! Father, please forgive us for being calloused spirituality. Set us aflame...back to the Word, back to You. Deliver us we pray; from the debauchery that has infiltrated every home. We are so sorry for not placing You and Your Ways first and putting other sinful laws, other false religions and practices before You. Raise up godly political leaders to lead us back to You we pray. Bring down the laws that are opposite from Your Word. Bring prayer back in the courthouse and school room...prayer specifically to You. Feed the hungry, educate the uneducated, house the homeless, peace...YOUR PEACE in this world we pray. We recognize Your peace is different...but it will be a saving peace and this is what we ask. We pray that this country and the world to come to serve You."
2 Chronicles  7:14 "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."

*2016
"Help us Lord to utilize each day wisely. To seek You, study Your Word and serve others. We pray that this will be the year that droves of souls will come to know You as their Lord and Savior. Send out more missionaries (including the Snowden family) into the harvest field, send out Christian kids in their schools - to people in their work places. We pray Lord when 2017 comes, that we all will look back with much gratitude for all we were able to do for Your Kingdom.

We ask this all with great expectation, in Jesus Name ~Amen!"

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL MY READERS!

FATHER'S DAY GIFT IDEAS FOR CHURCHES

7 FATHER'S DAY GIFT IDEAS FOR CHURCHES Out of desperation creativity is birthed. I hope to add on to this post through the years. Churches love to give to dad's on Father's Day; sometimes this can be redundant and or expensive. A few short years ago we stepped out of the Evangelistic & Pioneer work to take a small church that is just great and out of the box. So, of course budget is minimal and I am 'it' when it comes to holiday decor and gifting ideas & doing them. The 4 gifts that my family and I put together are as follows:                       POPCORN/CANDY/MOVIE  We placed microwave popcorn, candy bar and a special Father's Day poem inside a popcorn bag.  FRAMED ART FROM LOCAL ARTIST/MINISTER  (Rev. Paul Gray)  MADE THIS INTO A FRAME & ADDED A PEN.                                             MINI GIFTS WRAPPED IN A HANKIE Pocket knife, Voice of the Martyrs Pendant  & candy! Al

LET US TRUST THE PROCESS OF PRUNING

Did you ever read this verse in John 15:2 and think, "that's extreme, can't we just hold onto these extra branches that grew once and bore amazing, fruit?" I have definitely !   Then life happens! In that life, we make a decision to dig deeper in our relationship with Jesus Christ. Yet, as we do, we face obstacles (or that's what we called them) that challenged us to trust Jesus to do what He wills in our lives.  I believe this place is a milestone in the timeline of our lives. Will we continue to walk ever so close to the Lord, realizing as we do, He will prune us? Will we desire to be producers of His fruit and life flow through us? Many of us realize that this means more obstacles, cuts, bleeding, times of dormancy and simple hurt.  This is when the milestone comes; will we accept this pruning and be fruitful or just become branches that become brittle, and ragged?  A lot of questions to ponder, but I feel God wants to use each and everyone of His children in o

Thank You For Asking

(c)Daneille Gray Snowden 2022 Today, I was deeply touched in my heart when a dear friend asked how my husband was. I did not mention it first, out of the blue; she asked about something dear to my heart. This wasn't the first time as she has  asked about different matters in my life several times. May I tell you how that made me feel? It made me feel cared for, loved and set back how someone cares intensely about me and my life. How often do you personally experience such care and interest from others? And, as I ask myself this too; how often do we reach out and ask others how they are? When people as a whole reach out in such a way, we see the creation power of God as hearts are connected to one another and a strong foundation is beginning to be built for a lasting relationship.  I love it when I hear conversations in church  or in my home when I  listen to their questions of wanting to learn of others situations, experiences, needs and even joys. The questioner is totally focused
