GOD’S GOT US!
When we ‘stay’ in Him!
Psalms 91:4b “…His faithfulness is a shield and a wall!”
Not our faithfulness- HIS!
When we research the original language in this text we find shields in the premodern era had a hook or a point.
About like we think of a barbed wire fence.
This shield is impenetrable!
It not only deflects but also causes harm to the enemy!
It strikes fear into the enemy!
It’s a rampart- it surrounds us!
Faithfulness defined: stability, certainty, & truth.
He is the author and finisher of our faith!
He goes before us and has our back!
Just keep marching! And also STAND & see the salvation of our God!
