Isn't that beautiful, and settles our spirit to where we need to be? To ' rest ' means to "cease from work, movement and recover strength, and also to stay in a specified position." Rest is also identified with the word- 'RELAX' which means to become loose, less firm and milder manner. WOW! Stop here right now, meditate on the definitions stated. How do we cease our thoughts from working or moving? And even keep them in a specified position. And for our thoughts to be less firm and milder? Lord help us to cast our thoughts and cares upon You!
