My heart has been turned to ‘my-reaction’ to when I am ridiculed and judged by how I believe and live. Even recently (especially on social media) by those who do not serve the Lord and those who do. My heart reaction can typically turn back to me. Hurt, angered and bewildered! Couple this with the ugliness we are all experiencing in our country. - The Lord led me 1st to Jesus’ reaction; as He was betrayed, abandoned by His loved ones, lied about, beaten and crucified. He said: “Father forgive them for they know what they do!” HEART COMPASSION FOR OTHERS!!!! Then I thought of the persecuted church; in the face of it- they pray earnestly for their captors.
