When I was 7 years old I was born again! Five years later, the Lord filled me with His Holy Spirit and called me out to serve in full time service in the ministry. My heart is missions and a longing to love people into God's Kingdom.
I love to teach God's Word, pray with people and write.
Soon, we are hoping our Jesus opens amazing doors to walk into mission endeavors.

"I’ll go where You want me to go, dear Lord,
                                                          O’er mountain, or plain, or sea;
I’ll say what You want me to say, dear Lord,
I’ll be what You want me to be."

In Spirit and In Truth-Worship

My girls and I were having devotions this morning following a time of worship and prayer. I had read to them from one of our 'sorta' devotional books; 'The One Year Christian History (from the One Year Bible) Great book, we are always inspired and even educated!
We read today about the Cane Revival here in American. It resulted in years of amazing services with people fasting, praying, being healed and of course saved. The question was asked how we would react attending a service like this: one where people were worshiping God with ALL their heart (no reservations) and running to the alters.
Then, he presented Ps. 100. Remember this verse starts out with SHOUT to the Lord!
Then as the girls and I talked I felt a deep leading by the Lord about how we worship and why.
When we sing lovely songs...where is our heart? Do we enjoy singing, simply because we like the song, know the words and maybe like how nicely we sound when we do sing? Are we focused on Who we are singing to, or those around us (including ourselves)?
The girls eyes started moving back and forth, I could see they were being pricked in their hearts (as well as I). "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth." John 4:24  How many times do we find ourselves singing in church or even at home and we just sing to sing. Our hearts are truly empty!
I told the girls that when we totally focus on CHRIST and worship Him-it's like a magnet...He cannot help Himself...He draws not only to you but's a powerful, intimate and life changing experience!  "Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye doubleminded." James 4:8
Please be encouraged today to worship your God with all your heart at home, in the car and of course AT CHURCH. It's time isn't experience more of Him as a child of God and as the Body of Christ. Where to start? At Home (with the family) and allow it just to flow on into the place of worship you attend.

Where did it go? I know it's there ... but I can't see it? Is it hidden under this bush or maybe behind that tree? HIDE-N-SEEK!
"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:" Matthew 7:7
Remember? Fun game wasn't it...looking and knowing that tangible item was somewhere near...all you had to do was to seek and find.
The entire meaning of Divine Healing is swirling around in my head and heart since my last post.  I hope you were able to read my comment I posted at the end of 'Pray As I Am Experiencing My Midnight Hour'
I question as possibly you have too, why do we not SEE people healed as we have read in the Bible days or even in 3rd World Countries. It makes me think of this game I referred to; is our healing hiding? Or are we seeking? What/Who are we seeking? Ok, I know I am getting a bit philosophical; but good questions to ponder.
I feel the Lord is rising up a people who the Spirit of God is stirring a hunger for more of HIM. Because of that, since basically the majority of the human race needs some type of healing; a determination to BELIEVE, STAND-ON GOD'S WORD, and be STEADFAST in Him for a healing work to begin is beginning to happen. "Let it be Lord Jesus!"
In the 3rd World Countries, we hear testimonies of healing's that make make the hair on your arms stand up! I have been to India, we witnessed this in some of the meetings we ministered at. One time I was asked to come to a families home where a young girl was laying in a coma. My faith was simple in my younger years, I simply believed Jesus wanted to Heal and could do so..., I prayed for her and she immediately woke up and was whole. I can go on and on with stories just in our own personal lives as well as in our ministry.
I think it's time for the CHURCH of Jesus Christ to get into His Word, dwell in His Presence- allowing Him to fill us with so much faith that grows as we do this.
Then, we must go out and BE AN ANSWER TO PRAYER...pray for the sick, for the hurting KNOWING God will and IS doing His Work. (I would love to go deeper, but will stop.)
I am standing firm in belief for my husband's complete healing! I know He was healed because the doctors were saying he looked like he had hardening of the arteries. Now they cannot find anything wrong with him. Actually, he is in great shape!
We must FAST, DEVOUR GOD'S WORD, PRAY, PRAY, PRAY! Then we pray for others.
"• Sick believers don't need to remain sick!
James 5:14 Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him...
It is a “given” of life in our fallen condition that our bodies on occasion tend to sickness, and eventually they die. However, as the verse directly below points out, it is also a “given” for the believer that God is Jehovah-Rapha, “the Lord who heals you.”
for I am the LORD, who heals you.” Exodus 15:26
• God is FOR us, not against us, in the matter of healing.
• Acts 10:38 God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing allwho were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.

• God's spiritual healing power extends to ALL our diseases and infirmities.
Psalms 103:2-3 Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits — who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases.
 • Jesus died for both our sins and our sicknesses.
Isaiah 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.
 • God responds to prayer for healing.
“O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me (Psalm 30:2).

• Jesus healed a broad range of illnesses — in fact, He healed"every disease and sickness."
Matthew 4:23-24 Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and HEALING EVERY disease and sickness among the people. News about him spread all over Syria, and people brought to him all who were ill withvarious diseases, those suffering severe pain, the demon-possessed, those having seizures, and the paralyzed, and he healed them."

Let's have a revival! Pray with me and believe for God's Healing Power to be manifested for all.

I wanted to let my readers know what is currently happening in our lives right at this moment. If you recall last October my husband Brad had a simple knee surgery that turned into a major fiasco. [blood clot, major swelling, heart-a-tack, weeks in the hospital and months of recovering]
This past week, Brad's energy level has dissipated. He was doing things I had never seen him to. He seem to not have any strength. Then on Friday he was loosing his breath. So, with his history our MD had him tested for blood clots of which they have not found any. We were sent home to rest. But, Saturday he continued to get worse. God has sent us so many wonderful people in our lives and Sat. was one; we have a dear friend Dave Stankus who is a paramedic, yet a man who loves his Lord. He observed Brad's symptoms and encouraged us strongly to get back to the hospital immediately. The ambulance came to take the Love of My Life to Effingham, IL.
We are pastors at a very special church, a Body that amazes us with their amazing walk with Jesus and love for us as Pastors. Yet, they are unable to pay us a wage; but do supply a lovely parsonage. We are humbled to be their pastors. They have had to take care of themselves as I am trying to focus on my husband and children.
The M.D. on call this weekend has run what tests she is able to and has told us that it seems to be pointing to cardiac. His condition is not improving. If anyone knows my husband knows he has always been very hard working and athletic man. To see him this way has put a shock on us all.
I had not slept for two nights, thus,  I had to leave my husband and go home (30 miles away) to pull myself together and take care of matters at home. I was awaken just now, needing your prayers. I am not sure what I am going to do in so many ways. Our income is very limited; my wonderful husband has taken such fine care of us as I home school my children. When he doesn't work, obviously we do not have any income. Yet, honestly all I really care about is my Brad's health and healing. [Yet, to be frank...this is new for me being the one to make all the decisions and figure out what I am going to do to for an income--wow; BUT I do serve a great and powerful God who in turn is my FATHER...I have no choice but to put my hands in His and allow Him to take care of us.]
I could really use your prayers right now. I have three kids, a church and a great man of God that needs me to lead them and be all they need.
I would greatly appreciate this.
May God's power, love and peace be upon all of you. No matter what, ALL IS WELL! I give my God all the Glory!
Thank you,

Remembering Them That Are in Bonds

We have thousands of brothers & sisters in Christ who serve their Lord  Jesus  with amazing zeal and yes, sacrifice.

The heat is on! We are approaching the 2nd week of July and the temperatures are rising! Many of us are now taking a turn on our busy roads of life and finding a swimming hole to jump into. Ahhhh, and it feels so good!
Whatcha up to, other than taking the plunge? I would love to hear what my (blog) followers and all my readers are diving themselves into; in addition to your regular summer agenda?
Seven months ago I made a few resolutions, some I started to keep, others I have not begun. God had a New Years Resolution for me and my family. I am thrilled that He is carrying us down a path this is scary, challenging, eye opening and invigorating.
The Lord has led my husband Brad and I, to become Area Director for the Voice of the Martyrs. We are quite humbled being an instrument in His Hands to  help open the American Church of Jesus Christ's eyes to see the need of the persecuted church.
VOM was started by evangelists Richard & Sabina Wurmbrand in 1967. He and his wife were both severely persecuted in Romania; suffering agonizing attacks on their bodies, minds and spirits. You can get his book free of charge by signing up here: called Tortured for Christ.
Did you know there are nations that are Restricted and then those that are Hostile all towards anyone who is a Christian? The Restricted Nations is where the Government opposes Christianity; showing this in numerous attacks on the Body of Christ. Hostile Nations are those the Government says they will protect Christians but  persecution still comes from other avenues. Both having basically the same results-terrible tortures, imprisonment and even death. I just watched a news release of two little Christian boys who were lit on fire for their faith and I know one of them survived.
Please, join me, praying for the persecuted church.
"Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body." Hebrews 13:3
